CIRCULAR NO. 23/2014/TT-BLĐTBXH DATED 29 AUGUST 2014 OF MINISTRY OF LABOUR – INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS IN GUIDANCE OF IMPLEMANTATION FOR LABOUR
According to official letter No. 23/2014/TT-BLĐTBXH:

Employers must declare the labour usage when starting activities under Form No.05 issued together with this Circular.

Employers must report the labor change before 25 May and 25 Nov annually under Form No.07 issued together with this Circular.

Within 30 days, from the starting operation, employers must prepare labour management books where locating head office, branches, representative offices.

This Circular takes effects from 20 Oct 2014
